the app is not quite understandable and i can’t watch any live cause i can’t afford the membership :( it’s really upsetting because what’s makes me so different from those who can afford it ? why can’t i also see them ?? it’s unfair.

En plus de devoir payer pour regarder les lives, elle n’est pas très intuitive. Pas possible de regarder les lives en fond, la video s’arrête quand on quitte l’application et impossible de mettre la video en incrustation sur une autre app

Bonjour, Je ne comprends rien à cette application. Mettez la traduction des messages au moins en anglais, ce n’est pas trop demander sachant que 3/4 du fandom est basée à l’étranger (hors Corée). Je voudrait au moins pouvoir participer et interagir sans avoir à payer (hors messages privés à la limite…) Application a revoir, je retourne chez le concurrent (ou tout ce que j’ai cité est possible!)

app is overall good but it lacks a translation option for pop and lives. not accessible for international fans. moreover pop and lives are a paid service that not everyone can afford.

Honestly I’m always willing to pay and support my favorites but that’s only if it’s worth it, having to pay to watch lives? Ridiculous, even if they’re short etcetera lives should be free, I have a membership and I was able to see them live, but that shouldn’t be exclusive to membership owners only. And if you really want us to pay at least make it good! What do you mean no translation button? At least let us copy the message so we can slam it into google translate’s face to try to understand if you’re that lazy, we can see you have favorites!! KQ DO BETTER!!
