This book contains information about the Barista qualification including recipes and videos. It was mostly written and the videos filmed by three I.T. students from Coleg Cambria {Joe Seery, Fahad Abdul and Luke Edwards} with Catering and Hospitality students kindly demonstrating working methods on camera producing the various drinks involved.
