    Overcast, l'une de mes applications préférées, célèbre ses 10 ans avec une mise à jour majeure. Bien qu'elle ait toujours été excellente, elle ne fait que s'améliorer. Le nouveau design est élégant, et l'application est moderne et réactive. La réécriture de l'app a permis d'introduire de nouvelles fonctionnalités, et elles n'ont pas cessé d'arriver. Je me surprends à souvent utiliser les fonctions "undo seek" et "history and undo". "Smart speed" reste ma fonction préférée, et m'a déjà fait économiser plus de 300 heures d'écoute. Overcast est un lecteur de podcasts conçu par quelqu'un qui en écoute beaucoup, et cela se ressent. Merci Marco pour ce formidable travail ! Overcast mérite la première place sur l'écran d'accueil de mon téléphone.

    La meilleure application pour écouter les podcasts. Et avec la nouvelle mise à jour, les smart lists des épisodes téléchargés, starred, in progress... on ne peut demander plus. Merci !!

    Si l’app voulait bien se lancer…Je regrette que la fonctionnalité de sélection multiple ait été supprimée. Avant, il suffisait de sélectionner un épisode puis, tout en le déplaçant avec l’index, de sélectionner d’autres épisodes avec un deuxième doigt pour le remonter ou le descendre dans la liste des podcast à lire. Sans parler de l’impossibilité d’avoir enfin un bon filtrage des podcasts en dossiers lisibles en file.

    Et ce n'est qu'une version 1.0... Si seulement tous les développeurs portaient autant d'attention à leur créations. Bravo Marco ! edit janvier 2015 : toujours aussi superbe. Le temps passe et les mises a jours pertinentes s'accumule. L'app la plus utilisée sur mon iPhone et de loin. Edit octobre 2015. Yep. Ça n'a pas changé... Overcast reste indétronable. L'application indispensable pour moi. Happy customer... Update 2022.2 : toujours l’app de Podcast de mon cœur ! :) le nouveau design des playlists m’a donné envie d’utiliser les playlists ! Parfait ! Update fin 2024 : que dire. Ça bosse, ça repense, ça ajuste, ça teste, ça affine. Overcast : toujours le lecteur podcast numéro 1.

    For a long time this was the absolute best podcasting app. But the new version has been a total disaster. Podcasts set to auto download automatically are deleted. Podcasts i manually download only get 3-4 minutes in before the app marks them as read and cuts off the podcast. It deleted all my saved downloaded eps back to July. New feeds are marked as read as soon as they’re updated. Frankly this is far from the quality of a ten year old app. I didn’t mean to download an alpha version of the new code base. I'll change my review in six months if the bugs get worked out.
